#274. August 23rd, 2013: Kolton Gustafson

Just typing out Kolton’s name has made me start laughing 🙂 Kolton is one of those people who is just an absolute professional in the field of sarcasm and quality humor. Every single conversation I have with him, I find myself laughing because of how perfect his timing is with his words. I met Kolton through the VIP program here at GW during my freshmen year, right before my first summer here, and I am thankful that I did. Kolton is someone who you know will always be there to cheer you up if you need it, and someone who you can talk to about anything. That’s actually one of my favorite parts about Kolton because if I needed to sit down and have a serious conversation with him, he would be there for me. Kolton is a genuine and fantastic friend to have in life. He knows how to make the room come alive and he can make just about any situation more fun and hands down more hilarious 🙂 He’s someone that you want to be around and he’s the type of guy that will be honest with you and speak the truth about everything. I love the fact that I can trust Kolton and that he’s real with me. We’ve had some very ridiculous conversations, most of the time me battling with his sarcasm, and yet I know that I have such a great friend in Kolton and that he’s there for me and so many other people. Kolton, thank you so much for being such a phenomenal man and friend to so many people around you and thank you for enriching our lives with your passion and personality. Thank you for all of the hysterical times we’ve had and all of the crazy and wonderful memories of last summer that we’ve shared. Thank you for listening to me when I’ve needed to chat and thank you for being supportive of me through everything. Thank you for always being able to make me laugh and smile and thank you for being such a genuine and honorable friend in my life. Thank you for being someone I look up to and admire and thank you for being such a rockstar with all your success and ambition. Thank you for being in my life, and thank you for just being you 🙂
