#243. July 23rd, 2013: Taylor Patterson

I first met this magical woman in our 9th grade Health class, and my goodness was that a class 🙂 We endured some super awkward and hilarious moments together, and from then on I knew that she’d be in my life forever 🙂 Taylor is truly one of the most competent, trustworthy, and consistent people I have ever met in my life. She is easily the most dependable person around and you can truly always count on her to be there for you if you need anything at all. That could be a midnight adventure, a froyo run, or even just a night of talking about life. No matter what it is, Taylor is there for you. Don’t even get me started on how beautiful Taylor is. He smile is gorgeous and she could light up the darkest room with it. She has such a spectacular personality and she’s just someone you always want to be around. She’s fun, can be an absolute goofball, and yet carries herself in such a confident and wonderful way that I just love it! 😀 In high school she was such a fun date to our school dances! She would always look so beautiful in her dress and just dancing so carelessly with her was and still is such a blast. Taylor is seriously just such a genuine and quality best friend to have in life. Even today at the beach we just had such great conversations and reminisced about past memories that we love and how excited we are about life right now and in the future. She’s someone who I can be honest with and she will always be honest right back at me. She is never afraid to speak the truth and she is always someone who you know will do her best. In ASB during high school, Taylor was truly the woman who kept the train moving. If you needed something to get done quickly and with quality, you would go to her. She was and still is always on top of her game and she always had your back. She was the best Exec Sec I could have asked for and I loved every minute working with her 🙂 Especially when we introduced Mike Smith at CADA. Taylor and I both know that that’s a moment we will never forget, just the like fish guy commercial 🙂 Taylor is a magnificent young woman and she’s someone that I have so many wonderful times to look back on with. The best part is that I know I will say that for the rest of my life 🙂 Taylor, thank you so much for having my back all these years 🙂 Thank you for all of the late night drives with me as the chauffeur, and thank you for being there for me when I’ve needed you 🙂 Thank you for the crazy times we shared in ASB and thank you for always having something hilarious to say about soooo many things, one of which we talked about at the beach today 🙂 Thank you for being the independent and courageous individual that you are and thank you so much in advance for running this world later in life 🙂 Thank you for visiting me in DC with goulie!! Thank you so much for always making me so happy and for always being so modest and humble. Thank you for always being honest and brutally truthful when I have needed it 🙂 Thank you for having such a phenomenal family and thank you for all of the late start breakfasts and all of the soupie meals we’ve had! Thank you for getting us through the stress of planning ASB retreats and for making all those “no” calls 🙂 Thank you so much for just being the amazing friend that you are 🙂 I know you will always be in my life and that makes me so happy 🙂 Thank you for being you, Taylor 🙂
