#149. April 20th, 2013: Seth Gold

I think that sometimes there can be a stigma that role models have to be someone older than you, however, when it comes to Seth Gold, that is not the case. Seth is a freshman here at GW and he inspires me every single day. He inspires me to work harder, to appreciate life, and to strive towards something you’re passionate about. And I know I am not the only one who feels this way. Ask anyone on campus who knows Seth and they’ll say he’s the nicest and most giving kid out there. It’s because he really is. Seth is a remarkable guy. He’s kind, compassionate, and always willing to help. This is a little thing, but whenever I see Seth on the street he will ALWAYS stop to chat and catch up. When you talk with him, you feel like you’re the only one around and it’s because he truly cares about each of us on this planet! Seth, you are seriously an awesome human being. And the fact that we BOTH went to Camp Thunderbird in the middle of nowhere, Minnesota, makes life even crazier! It’s so exciting to share that experience with someone here at GW πŸ™‚ Anyway, Seth, thank you so much for being the incredible person that you are! Thank you so much for all of your endless hard work with Relay for Life! You have seriously put together such a fantastic event with such an important cause attached. Thank you so much for giving your all, every single day, and thank you so much for caring about the people around you. Thank you for being such a superstar individual! πŸ™‚ For all of that, Seth, I thank you πŸ™‚
