#98. February 28th, 2013: Teller at Bank of America!

Today was another particularly stressful day for me, and at one point I had to run to Bank of America to grab a money order for TEDxFoggyBottom this weekend. When I went up the the teller, I could immediately see that she was a sweet and warm-hearted woman. She smiled at me and asked what she could help with me with and how my day was going. I asked her the same and we bonded for a quick moment. She helped me through my transaction and pretty soon I was on my way. Thinking about it, she didn’t do anything super special. But then thinking about it some more, she did do something special in that she was unbelievably polite and happy and helpful and it made a big impact on the rest of my day. Because of that I thanked her and left that bank with a smile on my face 🙂 Thank you lovely woman! You rock!
